If you’re Planning on Selling your Home whether you’ve had Experience or if this is your First Home Sale, here are the steps we take to List and Sale your Home.

After you’ve contacted me and Hired me as your realtor , the second thing we do is we sit down and Price the home. There are different Pricing Strategies and we will go in depth to determine which is best for you.

Third is Cleaning and Staging the home, having a background in Photography and Videography, (a benefit you will have hiring me as your realtor), I will make sure we get Amazing Images and Video to help market your home.

After we receive offers we select the best one and negotiate.

Once we have Accepted an Offer we start moving all of your belongings out of the Property. I will be there to keep you informed every step of the way.
